93 Sunbird 3.1L 5 speed

first the blower motor is intermintent, then the wipers come on here and there, now the anti-lock brake light is on, and on my way home, the battery gauge dropped to 8vdc, but once I got home I tested it, it says 8vdc, but it stays at 11.15vdc, and the worst part is, it stays running,

that makes no sense, it shouldnt stay running below 13.1vdc, but it does, where do I look first? I am so frustrated that my head isnt on straight. I am usually good with electrical problems, but my lifes problems are impeding my judgment, help!!!!
