Default Custom Built Roof Rack done!

so i have been working on my truck for the last 2 years and been working on it slowly but have done many many things to it but the most recent is my home made roof rack with light cage

check it out
im not sure if this falls under the right category but here is my newly custom roof rack i build and i love it! what does everyone think?

first i made the top and bottom rails

then started the support inbetween

then

and this is where the trouble came in

but then i figured out to just stencil the good side and put it on the other

and the failed attempt to bend it to its shape haha

then thought about doing this

but decided not to

i had to take off the old top mounts because i forgot that the lights go there haha

then put the mounts ontop of my truck and see if it fits

then start making the brackets

and so on

and i tried this but failed attempt....going to try something else later on

here everyone goes! its done and beautiful!
this is how the front lights used to look

and since my trucks not a 4x4

uploading more pics

my mom took some pics and my mom and dad loved it! thanks everyone!

sweet rack build dude, im gonna build one soon with all 1/2 emt and LOTS of bracing and a ladder for the hatch. A friend of mine just built one for his xj and he did a really bad job, plus he attached his lights to it with epoxy so he has no ajustment whatsoever ...........i no longer hang out with this person for fear that his stupid might be contagious.......
