Clicking sound from driver side rear fender well

Clicking sound from driver side rear fender well
So I just noticed a clicking sound yesterday when leaving work. It is coming from the driver side rear wheel well when you turn the key an start the vehicle. Doesn't do it just in the run position I checked a few minutes ago it has to be started. It will click like some electrical sound for maybe a minute then stop then may start back up an click a few more times an stop again. It sounds like its up behind the fender cover or something. I have a video of it. However it says file type not accepted to upload.
