I have 5 or so old beetles, 6 or so busses, 1 vanagon, 1 type 3 fastback, all parked until I get a wild hair to put something back on the road, & I have a 63 Beetle I bought when I was 13, & still have it, the engine I rebuilt for it when I was 13, & I re-rebuilt it when I was 35, but put in a different car, it is in a 71 super beetle presently.
being in & out of the scene for 32 years, + loving them since I was a child, I do take spells every few years, then drive a couple, then park a couple, etc...

I didnt realise these were considered rare? uncommon maybe, I think I have 3, have seen alot in my life around these parts, but have owned them 20+ years, 1 part I consider Rare is the HERROD HELPER, had mine since the 80's an add on accessory rear spoiler.

Ok I found pics of most of my dubs but still a few missing.
1987 GTI 16V that had AutoTech exhaust and camset and some other suspension goodies.

1990 G60 Corrado that had a Techtonics Tuning stage 1 chip and pulley, full stainless exhaust, Nuespeed shifter and strut bar, and other stuff I can't remember.

Hurts to see this pic.

1994 Jetta GL beater car

2001 GTI VR6

1984 Rabbit Diesel that had GTI interior and close ratio 5spd swapped. It was fun to drive and got about 40mpg.

1989 Cabriolet

1973 Bus - Loved this one, drove it cross country.
At one time the local stereo shop used it as a demo vehicle and it had 8 10's in a massive box and a crap load of speakers throughout. Can't find pics though.

1977 Westfalia Bus - I bought this one years ago and sold it to my dad. Recently swapped in a motor from another bus and was back on the road. It's getting a freshening up and then it'll likely get sold.

1981 Vanagon Westfalia - This one has a new longblock waiting to be installed and some other misc. things. Hoping this will end up one sweet camping ride, it has the stove and fridge.
