Hey All,
I have a chance to buy a 1974 Jeep with an AMC 304 V8 for what seems to be a decent price. Owner says it runs fine, a few minor issues like gas gauge not working and a differential leak.
Should I buy?

I was hoping for an excuse not to buy, I fear I'm becoming "that guy" and will have 5 or 6 jeeps in my front yard in various states of repair.
I was looking at my side fence this morning thinking I could probably squeeze a CJ down the side to my back yard...
