My friends 2002 civic v-tec was running ok yesterday, today, not so much, it cranks but won't turn over. 5 speed so he try push starting it lol sounds like it wanted to kick over but wouldn't, got fuel, but seems like no spark, I'm thinking bad coil pack? He has had a head gasket leak for about 3 months now, I'm wondering if he warped the head enough to lose compression? Thanks for any help

 

Go through all the basics first, fuel(seemed ok), spark(test the coil pack of you think fits bad googles your best friend ) then air(which is probably not the issue)

 

So I put the scanner on it, fuel emissions code, knock sensor bank one/cylinder one and misfire in all cylinders, bad coil?
