Default 2000 toyota camry steering problemm

it seems to be loose, not sure whats exactly wrong but it makes noise every time you turn the wheel and has like a "empty space" where u can turn the wheel left and right and nothing happens, anyone kknow if something needs to be tightened up or anything??

Struts, wheel bearings or cv joints probably the cv joints

did a lil research and was wondering if maybe the steering box might need to be tightened? but yeah, ill check the cv joints, but its an ids front and i dont know **** about that so where could i find the cv joints?
