got a problem with the wifes car, first off i bought this car from a old friend for a very good price, always garage kept and taken care of very well, i am the 3rd owner with 86k

problem is, the dome light, power locks and dash lights quit working, the gauges light up but the clock and climate control do not, power seats work and power windows work fine and power locks work with key fob, ive checked all fuses and relays and everything is fine

any ideas?

I would double check the fuses under the dash. I've owned 3 panther platform cars (93 vic, 99 p71, and an 02 p71 with a pi swap and a kenne bell 2.2) and they all had that problem and it was always the fuse
