was going to put this in the fabrication section but its not a jeep. its an 02 landrover i built a bumper for. its one of my friends rigs.
i will just do a quick run down and get to the rear swing out bumper i did for him.

trimmed the rear quarters

base of the bumper, will fit around his receiver

one D-ring tacked and ran out of wire lol

he painted his rover mil-spec OD green

he wanted to paint the bumper mil-spec flat black but ran out of black and still had some green so green it is for now.

just a simple latch design

well that is it. he is moving to arkansas wednesday so i dont know when ill/if ill get more pics of it.

I very seriously considered a Disco before I decided an XJ was more to my liking. Guess I couldn't get over the premium fuel requirement. But I have to say, there are some serious BARGAINS out there for these LR rigs. I do remember hearing that they have a nasty habit of poking a poorly-serviced CV through the side of the tranny, but are otherwise very solid!
Like the olive drab! But that nice bumper would def look better in black...
