ZJ: Vibration during high speeds

ZJ: Vibration during high speeds
97 zj 5.2l
I intermittently get vibration i think from the front driveshaft only when i drive past 80mph, the crazy part is it happen intermittently. when i start getting vibration at 90mph i slow down below 80 and cruise back to 90mph and sometime the vibration goes away.
does the sleeve on the front driveshaft have anything to do with this?
I'm thinking i might have a bad driveshaft, when i replace the ujoints i notice it had a slight play on the driveshaft end.
