ZJ spring Isolator question

Anyone know the thickness of stock isolators front and rear.

Mine are completely shot and since I am looking at a BB anyway, I figure they need replaced anyway.

Mine look to be about 3/8 to 1/2 inch

When there new there 3/4" think but there rather soft. So if you are to replace them with aftermarket Poyle versions by 1/2" ones.

Also note most BB's say to remove them (the idolaters). When I did mine I left them in for that extra little lift...
