Default zj driveshaft/TC/linkage

I recently did a tranny swap in my 95. Transmission went in fine but my linkage is completely backwards and it won't engage into 2wd. Pretty sure I just have to take the bracket off and adjust from there. ANYWAYS to avoid driving in part/full time 4x4 I disconnected the front drive shaft. N doesnt move, full time doesn't move, part time acts as if I'm in 2wd. Am I missing something or do I just have to adjust linkage?? Also will it damage my tranny or TC to drive it the way I am??
I only live 2 miles from work and I don't drive much other than work.due to my jeep being "down" alot

wont hurt anything if you leave it in part time with the front driveshaft out
