Unhappy XJ oil pressure and leak

My 2000 XJ is having a couple problems....

The oil pressure is at about 50-60 when the car idles cold. As the car warms up the oil pressure gradually goes down, and it will idle at 10-ish... do you think the problem is the oil pump? or could it be bearings or gaskets..or crank seals?? there is also a small leak which i have a hunch is coming from the rear crank seal... when i did my last oil change i wiped down my oilpan because it was wet, and i checked under the truck today, and it is wet once again.

I know this is probably a repeat thread but I can never seem to find an answer to the infamous jeep oil pressure problem....

I'm not sure if it'll be the same, but I recently changed my Oil Pan and Oil Sending Unit. Everyone told me to start with the Oil Sending unit. Try that first.

i forgot to mention that, i changed the sending unit because i too heard that is a common problem, people break them when changing oil filters quite often.... replaced it with no luck

I just saw a typo on my part. I recently changed my oil PUMP (not pan) and sending unit. If you're going to change the seals, why not the pump? Eliminate all possibilities. I was getting zero oil pressure from start up. Everything was changed.
