death wobble can usually be fixed with decent bushings (try kevins off road),
an alignment, and ensuring everything in your front end is tight. an alignment alone fixed mine after a 3.5 RE superflex install. you have done all the right things with new track bar and steering stabilizer. but if your control arm bushings are gone that wont help your cause. start with the 4 wheel alignment and the new tires you have planned and go from there. If there is a still DW then start replacing bushing. I know its not a wealth of advice but it all worked for me (98 ZJ) Also keep in mind you spacer blocked 3" onto worn springs. Have you considered new front springs (if in the budget) that will help DW alot. Check these , http://www.rubiconexpress.com/Jeep/Z...Sp&part=RE1341.

Is it only under acceleration? Not sure if this is the same for zjs (please correct me if I'm wrong) but when I lifted my xj I had some pretty nasty vibes when accelerating due to driveshaft angles. I dropped the transfer case and the shakes were gone. Maybe try a t case drop kit? I doubt lifting it 3" would do this but you never know.

Jack the rig up by the chassis and let the front axle droop. Check for anything worn/loose and I mean everything. Wheel bearings, ball joints, tie rods, lug nuts, steering stabilizer, pitman arm, steering gearbox, control arm bushings, tire pressure, alignment, trac bar bushing/joint, etc. If you have one thing loose it can cause it. If you have two things loose it will cause it.

hopefully this helps..
my girlfriends jeep had the same problem..it would get the wobble around 45mph, i started by trying to fix the simple stuff first..and it really helped.. cuz all i did was balance the tires and it fixed the problem.its been about 3 months since the balancing, and it hasnt had any issues with it. hopefully this helps you
