Won't start

Default Won't start

I came home one night n the next morring my jeep wouldn't start I got a jump n it still didn't work. We replaces the fuel filter the pump works my battery is new so is the autlanader my coil pack is new n it still won't start. I'm not gettin any spark to the plugs. Can anyone help me out here?

What year and motor do you have?Also ,is it turning over and not starting or not even turning over? Be more specific if you can.

are u getting spark to the coil?? if not you prob need a new ecm.. or maybe just a crank sensor.. good luck.. mine has both!!!

What's a ECM I got a new crank sensor but still no spark n i think that we r getting a spark to there but not all the way it's a 95 jeep grand chorkee lim And it turns over

The ECM is your computer.Did you check the plugs for spark?Also check the cap and rotor.

My computer works there's no spark from my spark plugs n the cap n roder r new so r the plugs n wires my gear shift sensonr is new so is the injuon coil

Could be the pickup coil in the distributor. Is English your second language?

Not the coil pack, the pickup coil IN the distributor under the rotor.
I wish you guys would stop replacing coils just because there is no spark. Coils do not fail very often. Spend more time diagnosing and less money throwing parts at it.

Ya the pick up coil has been done that's part of the coil pack n no English is my first Lang I'm just typeing on something small hard to type u do u ask

It had to b replaced anyway it was bad n we been that's t there's a post on her cause we can't fig it out

You suffer from the samething I do, my fingers are too fat to use a small phone key board to type. The pickup coil is also known as the cam sensor, if it is bad you will not get any spark.

Replaced that to we replaced the plugs n wires n the injuon coil n the gear shift sensor also know as the cam sensor did the cap n roter there's a new battery n ault cause my autt went out a few months ago the starter works cause u can see it start up i replaced the fule filter the pump works n I get presure all the way to the frount to I don't know what it is it's driven me ny friend crazy cause we can't fig it out
