Default WJ Leak.

Hi to all jeep owners/users.I have a grand cherokee overland 4.7v8.My problem is i have a water leak thats soaked the passenger footwell and a pool of water dripping from under the engine bay.I have read that the air con could be blocked and is discharing its fluid inside, can anybody please confirm this and is it an easy diy repair. Many thanks for any replies.

The HVAC box drain tube is in the under the hood on the firewall on the passenger side near the framerail. It's a rubber elbow and might be plugged by dirt or insects. You can try to clean it out with a piece of wire.
