My teacher has a WJ and her driver door needs a good yank to get it to open. It opens easily from the inside. It locks and unlocks easily. I tried WD40 on the exterior latch that I could access without pulling the panel. Any help would be great!

I'd grab one off the driver's door, but I don't believe they're interchangeable. Easiest way to tell is that the driver's door handle always has a keyhole on it, especially on the Laredos. You may have to get her a new door key, which shouldn't need programmed. If she has the keyless remote for her Jeep, she doesn't need a door key.

The right and left side handles are different. Think about it. There is an adjustment screw in the door jamb. There's a hole close to the latch. Loosen the Allen screw inside the hole a little and then push the door handle button in and let it snap back a few times. Then tighten the Allen screw and see if there is any improvement.
