Default White Smoke - and not just in the morning

Everytime I start the car even if its only been off a few minutes I get a good amount of white smoke. I assume this means I am burning oil? Which I am guessing again that Its time for a engine rebuild? or valve and ring job?

Any ideas?

Other then that the car runs fine

yeah white means coolant...

either u have a head leak
your have moisture in the exhaust burning off

OR

Do you have a check engine light on?

I get alot of white to in my 5.2L I have a SES light on and the code is a faulty EGR which makes me think that could be it and im running rich..
