Anyone with a 4.0 ZJ mind taking a couple pictures of some easily accessed screws?
Hey everyone, been doing some work on my cooling system and found some screws were missing or probably placed in the wrong areas. Tried looking at a parts diagram, but it isn't very specific here.
Would anyone mind sharing pictures and/or measurements of any of these four screws to help me make sense of what I have and need?

I can at least help you with 1 and 2. Looks like 6mm threads with a 10mm head. Of course my tape measure is not metric, but it translates to 10mm.

I believe he's right, although the stock screws are pointed for easy starting. Easiest place to find them? Junkyard.

Thanks for the pictures! That's... interesting. Here's what I have available.
I have two screws that match the lower ones in your picture, but in mine they were connecting the condenser to the radiator.
Besides those I have 4 flat ended and 2 pointed - leaving me 2 short. All of them seem to be the same thread size at least.
So the open holes are:
The parts diagram shows:
There may be another one that I'm not seeing.

So the open holes are:
- 2x Rear Crossmember-to-Body
- 2x Front Crossmember-to-Body
- 2x Crossmember-to-Grill Reinforcement
- 2x Crossmember-to-Brace
- 2x Condenser-to-Radiator
The parts diagram shows:
- 4x 6100568
--2x for Front Crossmember-to-Body
--2 probably for Crossmember-to-Brace - 6x 6501 013
--2x for Condenser-to-Radiator
--2x for Crossmember-to-Grill Reinforcement
--2x Unknown
There may be another one that I'm not seeing.

Good news, I think I got all the screws figured out.
Bad news, now my hood won't open. No idea why, I thought I reinstalled the crossmember the same, and everything looked all lined up properly. The hood does seem to be held down a couple millimeters lower by the latch though...

Try pressing down on the hood by the latch with both hands and have somebody pull the cable.

Got it! The cable had gotten kinked near where the crossmember meets the body. Broke the handle pulling so hard, but got some pliers and got it open. Think I'll just use a wire loop for a handle for now.
