VIC Flashing brake lights

VIC Flashing brake lights
I just got a 94 JGC Limited with a 4.0L 42RE Quadratec and the vic has started flashing the brake light. Does anyone know what this means?

you have a bulb out. I would check all the bulbs related to tail and brake lights. Don't forget about the little corner markers and the 3rd brake light. Even if they light up, actually check the bulb. One time I was getting that message even tho they all worked, but one of the bulbs looked a little black. Changed it and everything was good again.
