transmission swap?

transmission swap?
i have been all over the web tring to get some info on this with no luck. i have a 1993 grand cherokee 2 wheel drive. and i just picked up a real nice 1995 grand cherokee 4 wheel drive with a bad transmission i want to now if the 93 can be put into the 95 can the tail shaft be removed and swapped or what else do i need to do any help would be appreciated
