torque brake caliper bolts

Default torque brake caliper bolts
Hi, the bolts that hold the caliper to the knuckle is only 10-20 N·m (7-15 ft. lbs.) Is that correct?

I may be wrong but I thought it was inch pounds I always just snug the bolt good and tight.
