Default Teansfer case help please

I got a 93 jeep cherokee with 5.2 all time 4wd today guy told me trans was rebuilt and it needed a transfer case but when u crank it from cold you can drive till it warns up then stops driving does that happen in t case or could the tranny be bad too?

I would say the transmission is at fault. You should have a shop look at it just to be sure. I hope you didn't pay too much for this rig.

viscous coupler slipping in t/case will usually make noise when turning on off ramp after long drive. Possible cause. Torque check for viscous with all wheels off ground. See manual for test.

Check if all of your wheels are the same size! Your car will bearly run if tires un-even!
