Default TC leak????

I have recently found a leak looks to be the transfer case. It looks and smells like oil though? Ill take a picture or 4 later I just need to know if I should be panicked about it or not. Its not huge 3 days of sitting and it seemed to lose maybe 3ounces if that. The fluid is black/brown I parked on the grass and the flash picked up the green.

I have no idea lol I typed this up before the pics. Once I took the pics I got a better look at it and said WTF its all over the place. My oil level isnt low none of my fluids are low theres no smoke from the exhaust no knocks. Im thinking its the 5w 30. When I took it out to drive around 5 miles came back turned it off and went to put the bucket under it I heard the oil come back down and I got a few drops and then it stopped. When I got it from the dealer it had 10w30 oil it didnt leak. I went to 10w30 syn had a few drops here and there. 5w30 and its leaking around 5 drops a night Im going back to 10w30 and saving my money so I can fix it when it blows up. Im at a loss with these damn jeeps

Update I went back to 10w30 and as soon as I did the leaking stopped. Dont put 5w30 in your jeep it will **** oil until there is none left.

Going by the pics, it looks like the rear main seal on the motor.
