I have a 2012 Grand Cherokee Limited. I tried to start the Jeep this morning but the starter kept grinding away. It would not stop even though pressed the off button several times. After 10-15 seconds the starter stopped. I tried again with the same result. Anyone know what the problem may be? Thanks,
