my headlights come on and off at times and the dashboard lights go from high to low after i hit a bump or if i press the dimmer switch. ive replaced the switch but it still happens. now today my pas side windows would not roll up then a few hours later they would. is there a certain place i could start looking for a short or does anyone have any ideas. thanks

I would start checking for a loose ground. Verify the main battery ground and then start looking for a wiring harness ground.
