SEMI rough idle

SEMI rough idle
ok soo heres my problem now, i just replaced my cat converter, and found out my header has a hairline crack in it... ok so now, at idle, idles good at like 500-700 RPMS, but it has a SLIGHT miss, and when im driving at like 70mph or so, it every now and then has a slight miss
has new plugs, wires, (maybe cap IDK) should i just go ahead and go to autozone and buy the complete tune up kit made by accel
comes with
1)all wires
2) all plugs
3) cap
4) rotor button
