Issue 2.
Same 2003 Gr Cherokee Ltd.
Sometimes the drivers seat will respond to the specific key fob and be auto adjusted ready for that driver.
Very often, when the Jeep is eventually unlocked, the seat remains in the easy exit position. Pressing the driver 1 or 2 on the door occasionally will cause auto adjust but not often, more often the over head text just reminds me that I'm expecting too much.
This is no better after a run with a fully charges battery.
Any thoughts greatly appreciated.

It could be the Memory Heated Seat Module under the drivers seat, or it's connector just being loose, dirty, or corroded. This shows where the Modules are and their functions. Click images to enlarge. >http://www.wjjeeps.com/modules.htm
Also check the harness going to it for any pinched wires.
