Reverse lights not turning on?

Reverse lights not turning on?
my 93 Grand cherokee laredo wont turn the lights on when i back up from driveway or parking lot.
Ive checked the fuses and non of them are burnt out.
Their all working. Checked the bulbs and their fine...
Any clue what it might be?

Engine: 4.0 with all of the noise and clatter
The switch on the transmission. It's located on the left side of the transmission, has three wires going to it, and is towards the rear above the trans pan.
