Default Rev limiter
Does any one know where the rev limiter is located on 04 gr cherokee
I can not get it over 2500 rpm's
Thinking either clogged catalytic converter or rev limiter
northeast is offline

Engine: 4.0 with all of the noise and clatter

It's programmed into the PCM, there is no adjusting that can be done to it.
