Hi, i have to remove my gastank, in the service manual its says that i need to drain the tank before i remove it, but do i have to do that? Is the tank very heavy? I dont have much gas in the tank, the low gas light is on.
The fuel filler is on the left side, but does the fuel filler hose and vent hose goes to the right side on the gastank?

The tank is very light, but gasoline is about 6lbs a gallon. Just use a floor jack to drop it, it's very easy. The filler neck is on the left side. Be careful when droppiong the tank because there are vent hoses and wiring that can get damaged if stretched too far.
