Radio install question
On my 95 zj, it has the infinity sound system from the factory. I replaced the speakers with no problem. but there is a infinity amp hooked up to the stock radio.
I want to put in a pioneer cd player, just a basic one, and i want to by-bass the amp. The wiring harness i bought said not to use with a stock amp.
Does anyone know If I can bypass the amp and if so who do i do it?

You can do it by running the speaker wires directly from the back of the new stereo to the speakers. Kind of a pain because you have to route the wiring to each speaker, but you can use higher quality wire for better sound.

you can try what i did. first remove amplifer at back. you need to find wiring diagram over google. after finding correct installation diagram of stock speakers, you need to join wires coming from stock wiring (from radio) and solder them to speaker wires (going out from amplifer connector) no need to run new wirings for speakers to radio.
