First, hello and this is a GREAT site. Im kinda new here. I need to have the radiator on my 93 5.2L GC replaced. I have read and it also looks not too difficult and I have found radiators for this model but they have different core size (1.25" and 1.75") and 1 or 2 rows. Which is the right one. I can't find any specs for that in the little manual.

The two row is the stock size if the vehicle has towing package usually. Guys generally upgrade to the three core even as it increases fluid capacity and lowering operating temps. I'd opt for the two core at minimum being your in a warmer climate.
