Default Question driver's side front

I recently purchased a 1995 Grand Cherokee Limited 5.2 with the all wheel drive. I got it started after some help from you guys with fuel pump questions. When I drive it, I get a feeling like I'm going in a very small dip in the road from the driver's front tire. It happens at an even pace and speeds up and is less pronounced the faster I go. The car was parked for a while before I purchased it. Could it be a flat spot in the tire? The CV boot is torn but I didn't think that would cause the dipping feeling. Any suggestions? I also want to change my fluids and want to know how to tell if I have trac lok (to add the additive)?

A torn boot allows dirt and debri get into the joints. That should be replaced but you sound like you answered your question. Rotate your tires and see if the feeling changes a bit. If it does then yes it was a flat spot
