In '07 the Wrangler went to 5x5, so it will bolt up, but that's a 32" tire and won't come close to fitting on a stock suspension.

Thanks for the replies. I think it will bolt on right. But I mean the dimension on the tire. Will it fit? So if it's a 32 tire. What do I need to make them fit.

I'm getting them for $150 rims and decent tires.
If I could make them fit. I'm gonna paint them black.

A guy on my are is selling the spacers 2" for a $100. I dnt remember the brand. Should I get them?

A BB might allow you to mount them, but you're going to have to go beyond a minor trim and do some serious cutting to make them usable. For 32" tires you really need 3.5-4" of lift, and even then you'll have to trim but not much. I'm not trying to discourage you, and if that price is for all 4 wheels then I definitely would jump on them, but you either need to lift it right or buy some lower profile tires. A low profile 18" tire (or any 18" tire) is going to be very expensive, so if the tread is decent and you are dead set on running them, I would put my money towards a good lift. I have 2" spacers and longer shocks and wish every day I would have saved that money to put towards a real lift.

Thanks guys!

I think I'll just let them go. I'll keep looking for for some 16s on 31s I hope they fit.

How much a lift could cost? I would not go higher than 3" on a gc

Default lifts

Unfortunately, lifting a WJ the proper way is going to cost more than an XJ. I built a budget lift for my first XJ that rode wonderfully, but it's just a whole different animal. Also, an XJ can generally go up to 3.5" before you really have to start worrying about stuff like driveshafts and control arms, but the WJ gets picky closer to 3". Most anyone will tell you to limit spacers to 2", and I don't see many WJ lifts that are lower than 4 (the main exception would be either 2" spacers or Fat Bob's 2" coil springs). Between all the control arms and the rear A-arm on a WJ, you've got to do it right or it will ride like crap.

Take the 4" Rough Country kit for $500. Sounds like a good deal until you read all the parts... bracket this and spacer that... the proper way to do it isn't to move everything around with spacers and brackets. It CAN be done, but it WILL ride like crap.

The 4" from Zone Offroad for $700 is slightly better, but I'm not willing to pay that much for something that I won't be happy with. I'd get much more use and be much happier staying at stock height (or cheap spacers) and getting some bumpers for that price.

The lifts that I've noticed that seem to garner praise are the ones from Iron Rock Offroad and Kevin's Offroad, if you want to see how much these things run.
