Problem with gauges and power windows?

My 96 grand cherokee laredo 5.2l starts and runs fine but the gauges aren't moving as well as the power windows won't work, as in not attempting to open or anything. I assume its a fuse, but they all look okay and I can't find which one affects the windows or gauges. Any help would be appreciated.

You may have an ignition switch issue.

You could have what I had to do-replace my temp gauge sensor (there is two-one for the engine ECU and one for the gauge) and fix broken wires in the driver door hinge area. But I bought mine with the problems-if yours occured at the same time the ignition switch sounds likely.
