Hello All,

I have a 1999 WJ, 4.0L, 4x4, this year in March or so I fixed driver and passenger door wire harness because windows would not go down, and EVIC not displaying temp or anything else, but unlock and power mirrors worked just fine on both driver and passenger doors. After replacing both wire harnesses windows and EVIC work just fine. Just last week Windows and EVIC do not work again, Passenger or rear passenger window controllers do not work any more. Can someone please give me some insight to what could be a potential problem?

I would think you have a broken wire right there where the bundle of wires goes from the cab of the truck to the door. I have a 2004 and mine have gotten brittle with age and break all the time. I have to go in there every few month and repair a broken wire.
