My power steering seems to be loud even though I filled the reservoir to the proper level stated on the dipstick. It's still just as loud. It was only a little low before I filled it (1 inch below the "c" line). Will the excessive noise go away with time?
Also, how can I pinpoint a worn bearing? I now hear a quiet squeaking noise from the engine compartment? Do I have to take the belt off and test each pulley one at a time? Or is there a better way? It must be a bearing cause my "once in a while" slight engine bog still persists.
