Needing help please .purchased a 2010 grand cheroke overland tech uk model with front and rear parking sensors which has dash mounted swich to turn off and on as needed. My swich seams to be stuck in with yellow light on and no sensors working front or back any input would be great .thanks

 

I do not know a WK style Jeep very well. It sounds like it may be the parking assist switch itself needs replaced, or taken apart and reassembled?

The orangish colored light on the switch means the system is disabled, right? If you are not getting the single chime from the cluster each ignition cycle, an EVIC message to service the parking sensors, or the yellow warning lights staying lit for the sensors.. then, it sounds like the switch is the problem to me.

Is it a push button switch?
