P0507 Code.

P0507 Code.
I have a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee which is showing a P0507 code. (idle control value) I have had 3 mechanics look at it. 1 said he could not find the issue?!?! 2 said I need to take it to the dealer. The dealer say I don't have an Idle control value. Any suggestions?
