Default Overheating

Ok well I replaced the coolant temp sensor, that got the fan back to working. Still had minor over heating so I replaced the thermostat and the radiator cap. Now I'm still running into the issue with overheating in stop and go traffic and even with the AC on..

I'm about out of ideas. There are no restrictions in the cooling system since it's all flushed out and I just replaced the water pump not even 2 years ago so I'm absolutely lost on what to do. I'm thinking their might be air in the system, and since the 4.7's require bleeding of the cooling system, I'm not sure if there is any air left or not. But I have spent time to bleed the system the way the book says too. Still overheating so now, I'm a little lost.

Any ideas?
