Overflow bubbling

01 grand cherokee wj V8 runs perfect no over heating no coolant leaks clean oil clean plugs thermostat good coolant level hasn't gone down at all but the coolant overflow bubbles when I shut it off. Air in cooling system perhaps? Only had it few months started doing it about 3 weeks ago and its not all the time

i replaced rad cap but I still hear coolant pushing past it into overflow

It could be air in the system, but if it does not clear up, you might be talking about a head or intake gasket seeping a little. Air has to come from somewhere.
