Overdrive problems on 95 grand cherokee limited
Sometimes when I drive my overdrive turns off by itself and I noticed that whenever I go over a bump on the highway it turns it off and then I go over another bump and it turns it back on. Any idea as to what needs to be fixed/replaced?

Could be the brake light switch is out of adjustment. The best way to tell is to drive around with a scan tool (not a code reader) and watch the data.

Yep, I'm pretty sure it could happen. The torque converter unlocks any time you hit the brakes, I would think it may effect the OD too. It could be anything really, I would have a tranny shop check it out just to be sure, instead of throwing random parts at it.
