Default over heating?

Hey guys, I think my jeep is over heating when I drive. It goes up to 220 to 240. First I thought it was the coolent level. Which it was. So I filled it up. So I drove it for a few days. Still goes up in between 220 to 240. Could it be the therostat? No leaks that I see.

Is it low again on coolant after the "few days" could be many things, if coolant level is right.

My girl is at 240 all the time, i have replaced: radiator, fan clutch, thermostat, waterpump, temp sender and temp sensor. Flushed the system two times. Its still at 240 and the gauge is tested ok. BUT its only back at the engine, in front its normal and thermostate is ok and radiator gets hot when the t-stat opens and the fan starts and everything is fine. Is your radiator hot? Is there steam some place or is it "boiling" in the coolant tank? If not, drive it hot and when you stop it, messure the ohm on the temperatur sensor (in front) not the sender and see what the temperature is. Maybe a infrared temperatur reader could be ok to use. I think its some "stuff" where the temperatur sender is that prevent good water flow, i have one time get correct readings in a very sharp turn, maybe it could be something electric with the cable? to much oil/dirt so i it "take down" the ohm from the sender?
