Default Noise like lane warning bumps

I have a 2009 Grand Cherokee. The past few months, I get a noise as if driving over lane warning bumps of the type that are cut into the road in the center or on the right side of the lane only not as bad. It occurs at all speeds above 35 mph when going up a slight incline. It last for about a second and may happen 4 or 5 times at one second intervals. It even occurs when driving 70 mph going up a slight incline but not steep enough to make the trans shift. Could this be carburation or mechanical?

Hey John--not quite sure why the noises are occurring for you. If you decide to visit your Jeep dealership for further diagnosis and need any assistance, let us know!
