2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited 4.7l
I’m kinda of stuck I’ve replaced all the tie rods both front upper an lower ball joints steering stabilizer track bar all 4 sway bars both front wheel bearings an cv axles but my front right wheel has a tilt inward an I have extreme death wobble. the toe seems close enough to spec steering wheel is straight with the wheels but I can’t figure out what I need to do or replace to fix the tilt the driver side has a small tilt inward but no where near as bad as the passenger side

I fear I may have to go through the trouble of replacing the ball joints again an before I do I wanna see if there’s anyone with other suggestions or ideas.

Side note I am going to get an alignment but I can’t really drive it to get it there if I go over 20 the death wobble starts so I’ve been getting my alignment to a reasonable spec to drive it to the shop any help Is appreciated -pictures below-

Just replied to your other post but to reiterate, if you have that much camber with new ball joints and wheel bearings, its possible your axle is bent. Did this Jeep get jumped or get into an accident?

To help diagnose your wobble, have somebody steer the wheel side to side while you look at the movement of the front suspension. They don't need to steer from lock to lock, but just enough to put pressure from one side to the other. Assuming everything you replaced is installed correctly, the only thing left is control arms. However, whenever I install something and it doesn't fix the problem, its usually my screw up that is the issue. Look at every joint, especially the track bar. Look for small side to side movements that should not be present. Look at your steering box to ensure it is mounted securely and the unibody is not cracked where it is mounted.

Do that so you can get this to the shop to have an alignment done to see the actual camber values. They'll also tell you if something is egregiously bad.

I took it to the shop not to long ago they told me everything was fine but wouldn’t do an alignment till the sway bars an trac bars were replace tried to charge me 400$ but I did it myself but I also noticed the passages side tire is wore severely on the outside an not so much the inside or middle of the tire an I swapped it with my spare which is the same exact tire tread an all and it looks more like the driver side now less tilt maybe the old tires was just deformed from excessive wear I also did the whee test the 9-3 an 12-6 an even took a pry bar under the wheel no clicking or any noises or movement in the wheel I appreciate your response an my next fix is going to be the axle bushings an control arms also I did get into an accident but I was going like 10mph hit the mowing deck on the tractor bent the radiator support bracket an destroyed the radiator tan ac condenser an bumper that’s why the front bumper is green but I don’t really go wheeling or anything yet
I’ll also try an get a spec sheet of my before an afternoon alignment cause I’m interested in seeing how bad it is

Brother, punctuation is your friend. Please use proper grammar. Reading that was painful and makes me and other people much less likely to help you.

Uneven wear on the outside of a tire is indicative of either excessive positive camber or incorrect toe. Your pictures look like excessive negative camber.

Now that you've done the track bar and sway bar links, the shop should do an alignment and give you a print out of the values. That will tell us what we need to know.

I’m sorry about the grammar was in a hurry an didn’t reread my post... But the tires I bought new 7 years ago never changed any steering components till now an never got an alignment. I appreciate your help with everything.I’ll post an update after my alignment

jeep has around 230k miles
I’ve put around 35k miles on the tires
