Question lots of power still wont start

ok here gose i have a 98 grand cherokee with a 4.0L. i was driving last weekend and it just died like it was out of gas. had a friend bring me a can of gas and nothing. had it towed home and started going over everything. i have lots of power, will turn over like theres no tomorrow. i have changed the cam sensor, and the computer on the fire wall. no change so i came on here and spent about 6 to 10 hours reading peoples post to see if any one has had the same problem and got it fixed. seams like it always comes back to the crankshaft sensor so i used a multi meter and checked it the way someone on here said to and it looks ok. i guess my question is could the crank sensor be gone even know the meter says its ok.......i have no fuel at the rail, no spark from the coil and the fuel gage and amp gage dont move. please help im a student and dont have the funds to take it to a shop

Check for a blown fuse in the under hood fuse box.

No fuel or spark sounds like it might be the ASD relay possibly. Can you hear the fuel pump priming when turn the key to the run position?
