Model: Cherokee
loss of power
about 3 weeks ago my wife came home and said our 1996 grand cherokee did not sound right. I went out and started it up and it sounded like it had a bad miss. I have tried all of the simple fixes such as coil, plugs, distributor cap and rotor button, and plugs. I still get the same code of cylinder #4 misfire, can anyone help?

The 4.0L's sometimes have a problem with the #'s 3 & 4 injectors. One of the 4.0L guys will chime in I'm sure with advice on a check/fix procedure. The factory offers a fix for the later models, but I don't think it'll work on yours.
