-Steering new Alignment
-Control arms I would if you can, when you lift a ZJ and start wheeling it you will bend the stockers in short time.
- Bump stops not needed, I ran stockers with the 5.5" of lift without issue, now I would replace them with new ones though, and may be go 1" longer just to keep things from binding..

Get a set of JKS disconnects, there nice, smooth and last for ever..
