Sounds like everything has been covered, not sure what would be causing the problem without looking at it in person.

Im gonna double check everything again,seems like my steering is way to sensitive, its got me baffled,never came across this issue on any of my cherokees

What was done in the alignment.. besides toe? Have a print out?
Was it checked for front/rear tracking? Axles centered and square to the chassis?
Again, hows the caster? Does it return to center?
What exactly does it do handling wise?
Gotta give a bit more than.. I got this.. it's doing that..

Kinda sounds like the same problem as I've got. I know (think) my issue is caster. Front end just wanders all over the place. Someone can chime in as to what degree you should be at.
